A hint of spring in the air, and on the plate from Des Harris
At One Saint Stephens, we pride ourselves on the special relationships we cultivate with those who sit among the best in their fields. One such collaboration is with Chef Des Harris, who partnered with us in the design phase of One Saint Stephens’ Gaggenau kitchens, servicing the owners’ private dining space on the ground floor. Our purchasers have also enjoyed a few opportunities to meet and be catered for by Chef Des at our exclusive owner events.
Recently, we invited him to share a taste of spring with us and below is what he calls “a surprisingly delicious and fresh combination” of burrata on a bed of citrus fruits (tangerine, tangelo or blood orange) topped with some extra virgin olive oil and mint leaves, which he says is flourishing in his garden at the moment. Yum!
