Developed with input from Auckland’s leading vehicle distributor, Giltrap Group, the two levels of garaging will remind you of luxury car showroom, while still offering secure parking and storage facilities.
There will be more than ample provision for vehicles, with most apartments offering a minimum of two parking bays. Some apartments will be offered more, letting you keep your beloved classic car or recreational vehicle close by rather than at an off-site lock up. Parking bays will be more generous than is customary in apartment buildings, and there will be ample roof clearance for tall SUVs.
The vehicle entrance, exit and ramps have been designed with low ground clearance performance vehicles in mind. The polished concrete floors will be well lit, with showroom-level LED and feature lighting.

This is designed to minimise spotting or residue once the vehicle is dry. There is also a ‘wet area’ for washing down dirty sports equipment, and a place for washing your pooch.

Shelves and benches can be fitted on the walls, and there will be ample room to accommodate bikes, luggage, sports equipment, stuff for the grandkids and tools for your boat or car. The rooms will have power outlets, and wine fridges can also be housed in here.
