Clearwater Construction was established in 1984 by Mike Sullivan, and has a strong track record in large-scale residential, commercial and industrial projects. The company is noted for its expertise in steel construction, reflecting its roots in engineering and civil infrastructure. Clearwater Construction works mainly in Auckland and Christchurch. Among its more recent projects in Auckland are Outlook Mission Bay, Elm Remuera and Wairua, also in Remuera.
Mike Sullivan has led one of New Zealand’s most successful specialist construction companies, now building One Saint Stephens.
