Australasian Success for One Saint Stephens
One Saint Stephens has been awarded Development of the Year – Medium Density Residential at The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence gala event Friday night.
Judges from the leading Australasian property and urban development awards programme commented;

One Saint Stephens, the only New Zealand project to be a finalist in any category, was also a finalist in the Excellence in Sustainability, Leadership and Design Innovation category at the well-respected awards programme.

In addition to its Australasian Urban Developer success, One Saint Stephens has received multiple national industry accolades, including Excellence Best in Category; Hawkins Multi Unit Residential Property Award at the Property Council New Zealand Property Industry Awards, and a New Zealand Institute of Architects Auckland Architecture Award, strengthening its standing as a benchmark for premium medium-density residential development. Further, One Saint Stephens was the first property in Oceania to gain the globally recognised ‘WELL Residence’ healthy building certification.
Designed by MAP+ Architects, with interior design by Gretl Lukas, it was built by Clearwater Construction and completed in 2025. Only two penthouse residences remain available for purchase at One Saint Stephens with more than 90% sold prior to completion.
