One Saint Stephens was recently announced as a finalist in two categories at the well-regarded Australia-based awards, the Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence. 

The acknowledgement from Urban Developer in both the Medium-Density Residential and Sustainability Categories, joins the other award achievements gained since the building was completed.

The team behind One Saint Stephens was also very proud to have received Excellence Best in Category, Multi-Unit Residential Property at the preeminent national property awards, the Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards.  

This award followed the Housing – Multi Unit Award win for MAP+ Architects at the Auckland Architecture Awards, held by Te Kāhui Whaihanga New Zealand Institute of Architects. 

One Saint Stephens also became the first residential building in Australasia to be awarded the globally recognised ‘WELL Residence’ certification. Presented by the International WELL Building Institute, One Saint Stephens was acknowledged as leading the industry in the area of health and well-being in residences. 

And finally, the One Saint Stephens Development Team were finalists for the Sustainability Champion Award in the 2025 Auckland Property People Awards last November.
