Celebrating Completion

Last week we hosted a welcome celebration event for the new residents at One Saint Stephens. Following a series of successful, community-building events during the course of construction, the development team felt it fitting to celebrate the building’s completion in the stunning shared amenity space, “The Tod”.

The space, which includes dining for ten, a lounge and a ‘speak easy’ style bar, has already been booked out for a few celebrations, including a fortieth birthday, as well as a fourth birthday! One involved a private chef, and the other was more balloons and cupcakes. Both, no doubt, as enjoyable as the other.

The welcome celebration saw no less than 17 people enjoying The Tod bar at once – a suitable christening of the space. The party spread through to the lounge and dining area and the development team, who celebrated alongside owners, really got a kick out of seeing the vision, once only on paper, become a workable and playable space in reality.

The wellness zone has also seen use this summer, with the pool playing host to some daily dips, soothing soaks and steamy saunas.

Meanwhile, the owners at One Saint Stephens continue to place their unique marks on their new homes.
